Should not exceed Rs. Rs.1,00,000/- in plain areas and Rs.1,50,000/- in hilly areas per artisan or worker i.e. Capital Expenditure on Workshop/Workshed, Machinery & Furniture divided by Full Time employment created by the project should be Rs.1,00,000/- in plain areas and Rs.1,50,000/- in hilly areas w.e.f. 15.5.2006 or less.
